Booking Requirements: All rentals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your dump trailer. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

​

Card on File Requirement: A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file in order to complete an online booking. By booking a rental, the customer authorizes Uncle Sam Dumpsters LLC to store their payment method securely and to charge applicable fees in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, late return, damage, and overweight policies. NYS Tax will be added before the card is charged.

Rental Duration: Rental duration begins at the time of delivery. Extending the rental may incur an additional fee of up to $50/day, subject to availability.

Overweight Fees: Overweight fees (more than 1 ton) are the customer’s responsibility. Loads exceeding the trailer’s maximum allowable capacity of 3.5 tons (7,000 lbs) will incur a $250 overweight handling fee.

​

Placement Requirements: Dump trailer must be placed on a flat, accessible surface. Customer is responsible for securing permits if placing on public property.

​

Restrictions: No hazardous or prohibited materials including, but not limited to, tires, liquids, appliances, batteries, or any items restricted by landfill regulations. Mattresses will be charged at the landfill disposal rate.​

Changes or Rescheduling: You may reschedule your delivery/pickup up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Last minute changes (less than 24 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee of up to $50.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled delivery time will be considered a no-show and may result in a fee of up to $150, which will be charged to the card on file.

Additional Charges: Additional charges, including but not limited to overweight disposal fees, extended rental periods, cleaning, or damage, will be billed to the card on file or invoiced following service completion.
