Booking Requirements: - All rentals must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Payment Terms: - Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your dump trailer. - We accept all major credit/debit cards. Rental Duration: - Begins at time of drop-off. - Need it for longer? Additional days are a small fee (if available). Placement Requirements: - Dump trailer must be placed on a flat, accessible surface. - Customer is responsible for securing permits if placing on public property. Restrictions: - Full service (you fill it, we haul it): No hazardous materials, mattresses, tires, liquids, appliances, or batteries (violations may incur a disposal fee). Changes or Rescheduling: - You may reschedule your delivery/pickup up to 48 hours in advance with no fee. - Last minute changes (less than 48 hours) may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
